Warners Bay, Australia – Deleted Player scored his third goal of the season with 14:15 remaining in the third period and Tanne Patterson scored a goal to help lift the Sharks to a 4-3 victory over the Wolves at Hunter Ice Skating Stadium on Saturday.

Also scoring for the Sharks was Drew Thomas, Cameron Lavender, Ashton Bradshaw each with single strikes. Goaltender Travis Lang turned aside 16 shots for the Sharks in the victory.

Scoring for the Wolves was Darryn Sharp with two goals and Dewayne Piper with a single tally. Goaltender Richard Corby made 22 saves in the loss for the Wolves.

The Wolves jumped out to a 7-0 lead when Piper scored his first of the season with 0:02 left in the first period but Thomas responded for the Sharks with his first of the season to start the rally.

With the victory, the Sharks improve to 3-3-1-0 while the Wolves fall to 2-5-0-0.
